a day

london, 8.30 am.

I wake up. It’s cloudy outside. Perks of living in London. I realise I’m still here, in this expensive city, full of pricey possibilities, overrated events and broken artists. Not only them, but those are the ones visible on a daily basis. But I’m strong. I can be creative and win over these sad surroundings.

So I get up, shower, eat my porridge, drink my coffee and put NCIS LA on. I know, the original one is better. Oh well. 3 hours later I decide to do some work. So I fill up documents for University (I am going to study from September, YAY!) and take some Instagram-worthy pictures for my blog. I should have put them on my Instagram probably. They’re here now, so that’s that. Heh.

I look outside the window. It’s sunny. Skies are blue and there is not even one cloud. What? How? I’m not complaining though. Put my shades on, take my boyfriend’s hand and offer to go for a walk.

this picture was not taken in London, as you might have guessed

As we walk, we discuss our life. There is a lot to discuss, we’re both very ambitious and opinionated. Dangerous combination, I am aware. After a long conversation, we come to a conclusion, that what we need is Tzatziki. Our greek dinner cannot do without it.
So then we go home, having forgotten about buying the dip. We’ll have to do without it. Life is hard. Especially here. But we’ll make it work. Without the sauce, it’s dressed enough.

Love, M
