Oh how I miss Poland, Polish brands and strawberry season. Nothing better than 2 kg of fruit for 8PLN (1.5 GBP). In comparison, there is this grocery store near me, The Grocery (see what they did there?) with very organic and good quality products and they have strawberries, 3.99 GBP a punnet. I’d say it’s a quarter of the weight. Welcome to London, as the boiler engineer said to me after charging 400GBP.
Anyways, I’m not here to moan about the price of strawberries. I’m here to brief you on Polish designers, who are, indeed, the best.
I have posted 5 chapters of Polish(ed) to perfection before, as well as single post on my fav designers, such as Zofia Chylak.
This time time for new, fresh faces.
Meet MOYE –
it is a luxury silk basics brand. Perfect for lounging, traveling & sleeping. 100% silk, made in Poland.
Next one up is Le Petit Trou,
which I have mention here before, but this time it’s all about their shoes.
The brand shares a store with Zofia Chylak, in Warsaw.
Famous for their lingerie, available on Net-a-Porter and now, spreading the love for a good shoe. And yes, I’m in love.
classy slip-on Jacqueline
love thos slides, Stephanie Gold, would definitely wear them to a wedding
Another big one is Jagg Jewels,
with designer jewelery as well as vintage, some really beautiful pieces you might find there. Selected and crafted.
Ladies and Gentleman, meet Magda Butrym.
Hands down one of the best designers at the moment. If I was to wear one and only one brand, Butrym would be exactly it and I’d be the luckiest person in the whole wide world.
yes, I still mourn over that dress I had, but sold
There is so much more to Polish design world, I’ll try and keep you updated. Feel free to explore the Eastern European fashion. It’s great.
